Our 2025 Race League has been designed to bring people together for a fun and friendly day of racing! We are not running under any MSA rules in the hope that more people can participate without enforcing strict regulations. In previous years our Race League season has been incredibly popular and we we hope for another exciting racing season in 2025!
This year we are running practice sessions on the Saturday before every Race League day, with onsite camping available.

Race League Rules
We hope that by not enforcing too many rules our Race League can be enjoyed by as many as possible and be a welcoming and friendly environment for first time racers. The following rules have been decided to ensure the safety and enjoyment for all participants.
- We require a minimum of 5 drivers in each class to go ahead.
- If you are racing with a transponder you must be to the correct weight, with a legal engine and the transponder number mustbe provided at the time of booking.
- You must supply your owntransponder, unfortunately we are unable to rent any out to anyone. It must be a MYLAPStransponder.
- If you are racing just for fun and not to the correct weight please removeyour transponder.
- Anyone racing with no transponder will stay at the back of grid regardless of finishing position.
- All karts mustdisplay a kart number on the front/back and both side pods.
- All bookings must be made by the Friday before the event. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept any booking after this.
- Parking will be organised and given on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you want to park with friends you will need to arrive together.
- A gazebo/awning is allowed, but please be considerate with the amount of space you take up as it is likely to be busy.
- It is yourresponsibility to ensure you are at the pit gate on time. Anyone who isn’t ready when the first kart enters the track will start the race from the back, or not at all.
Race League Format & Running
We are running 5 classes, Bambino, Cadet 160cc & 200cc, Cadet 2-stokes, Juniors and Seniors. All seniors will race together but there will be separate point system for EVO and Non EVO. Practice, qualifying and heats are 10mins with the final race a 15 min session.
- Heat 1: Grid up based on results from qualifying
- Heat 2: 1st-7th place will be reverse grid, 8th-15th will remain as normal
- Heat 3: Determined from the results from Heat 2
- Points scored in each heat will be added together to determine grid positions for the final race
Any one wishing to start at the back of the grid for any reason is more than welcome. Please inform us of this on the day.
Scrutineering for the weights/safety of karts will start from 8:30am outside reception. Weights include kart & driver.
Queries & issues
Any questions or queries on the day please come straight to reception. This includes if you want to discuss an incident that may have occurred on track or if you are unhappy with another drivers actions. Please do not approach other drivers, in the first instance please come to reception and we will help resolve any problems.
If our marshals notice contact on track, all karts involved will be black flagged and directed into pit lane to explain what happened. This is in the hope that contact stops immediately. Anyone receiving two black flags for contact in one day will unfortunately not be able to participate in the remainder of the day.
