What information do we collect from you?
We ask for your name and contact details to create or hold a booking, which will include you telephone number and email address should we need to contact you with information about your booking. You do not have to provide us with your contact details, however it will help us to communicate with you easily and efficiently in regards to your booking.
We also ask for an emergency contact number. Motorsport can be dangerous and we ask for the emergency contact number in order to be sufficiently prepared should an accident occur during your activity. You may be refused access to our activities if you are unable to provide an emergency contact number.
We ask for your Card details so we can take payment to confirm a booking. You do not have to share these details with us as you can choose another method of payment to confirm a booking for example pay cash or bank transfer. We input your card details into a secure booking system.
We may also ask your height, weight and medical conditions to check you comply with our terms and conditions allowing you to take part in our activities here at Wildtracks. Motorsport is dangerous and there are certain conditions and restrictions that can be effected by physical exertion that would prevent you taking part in some activities.
How will your information be used?
Your information will be used to create and confirm a booking on our booking system and to contact you in relation to your booking. We may also use your details to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional offers and other information about our products and services. If you would prefer not to be contacted this way please unsubscribe and let us know.
Wildtracks does not share any of your information with any other company, the only time we will share your data is if we use our 3rd party activity provider or if we are required to do so by law. The managers are responsible for the CCTV footage and have control over when information needs to be disclosed to higher authorities.

We usually collect your data from you either in person, over the telephone, or via email with your consent. You are more than welcome to view our terms and conditions and privacy policy at any time.
